Getreatment.com (the ‘Website’) is a digital property owned by Getreatment company. The Company functions as a Medical Services Aggregator/Information Provider, facilitating connections between Users and Service Providers for medical services. However, the Company itself does not provide medical services. Users enter agreements directly with Service Providers for medical care. Getreatment offers a variety of services including medical and medical trip organization assistance, such as help with visa applications, flight bookings, transfers, accommodation, city tours, translation services, and 24/7 support for patients. The Company does not mediate disputes between Users and Service Providers, and Users are responsible for their interactions with Service Providers. The Website is intended for use by individuals or corporate entities, and Users are prohibited from distributing, modifying, selling, or transmitting any content from the Website for commercial purposes.

Ownership  

All materials and content on the Website are protected by copyright law. Users may only use the content as outlined in these terms. Users agree to follow any provided instructions regarding content usage limitations. Proprietary logos, service marks, and trademarks on the Website are not licensed for use, and unauthorized usage may violate applicable laws.

Third-Party Links  

The Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. These links are provided solely for informational purposes, and the Company does not endorse or control the content of those external sites.

General Terms and Conditions  

The Company reserves the right to modify content and terms as necessary for Website security purposes. The Company also retains the right to deny user access to the Website without prior notice. Any waiver of these terms is valid only if made in writing and signed by the Company. Users agree not to upload content that is false, abusive, or illegal. The Company reserves the right to remove or modify such content without notice. By using the Website, Users grant the Company permission to use their submitted content. Additionally, Users agree not to collect or publish personal data of other users.

Financials  

Payment for advisory, diagnostic, and therapeutic services is handled exclusively between the Client and the Healthcare Provider (medical center), without any involvement from the Getreatment platform. In certain cases, the Medical Provider or Getreatment coordinator may require prepayment for medical services before the patient arrives at the clinic.

Packages Mentioned on the Website  

The Company facilitates the creation of packages between Users and Healthcare Providers. These packages are made available on the Website with the consent of the Healthcare Providers. Users indemnify the Company against any claims related to the packages. The decision on medical procedures is entirely at the discretion of the Healthcare Provider.

Intellectual Property Rights  

The content found on the Website is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users are granted a limited license to access and view the content for the purpose of seeking medical services. Users are prohibited from exploiting or copying any Website content for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability  

The Company’s liability is limited to its role as a payment collection agent. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses that arise from the use of the Website.

Disclaimers  

The Company does not guarantee the quality of services provided by Service Providers. While the Website strives to maintain accuracy, errors in content may occur, and the Company is not liable for such errors.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

This agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes that arise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul. The failure to enforce any rights under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Severability  

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still remain in effect.
